Acquisitions & Underwriting
Ryan comes from a diverse business background with various experiences. Early on, as a self-taught underwriter, he was able to complete a handful of apartment rehabs and development projects, which has snowballed into his current role at Rooted & Co.
In 2013, Ryan started his first company in the food/beverage industry. Three years and many lessons later, as his first company was thriving, Ryan expanded his business operations with the acquisition of two additional beverage ventures, and, shortly thereafter, a small restaurant.
